We know that choosing a church home can be a difficult decision.  You may be looking to find a place to develop relationships; or for a pastor who preaches relevant Biblical messages; or you may be looking for a church that will minister to your entire family.

Whatever your reasons, we at First Assembly of God believe we can minister to you and your family no matter where you find yourself on life's journey.  If you are looking for a church home, we invite you to come and experience one of our dynamic worship services.

We've tried to anticipate some of the questions you may have before coming to First Assembly for the first time.   If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE? 
The first time you join us for worship, plan to arrive 15 minutes early.  This will give you time to park, drop off your children, and find a comfortable place to sit in our Worship Center.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK? 
There are designated parking spaces reserved just for you!  These spaces are located on our Oak Hill Street entrance.  You may pull under the canopy to access these parking spaces.

WHO CAN I CONTACT TO HELP ME LOCATE WHERE I SHOULD GO? 
We have greeters, hosts, ushers and security who can assist you should you need directions in locating your children's classrooms, the Sanctuary, or any other facility.  They are easily identified by their name badge.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? 
If you are comfortable in your jeans or if you desire to wear a suit, the choice is yours!  We are more interested in you connecting with God and our church family than what you are wearing.

WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN? 
Kids are a vital part of ministry at First Assembly.  We have an excellent nursery facility for infants and toddlers staffed by qualified and loving attendants.  Our dynamic preschool and school age ministries meet during the worship services.  Your children will receive Biblical teaching and instruction on their level.

WHAT ABOUT MY BABY? 
You are welcome to bring your infant into the Sanctuary; however, we encourage you to take advantage of our supervised nursery or to utilize our Infant Care Room.

WHAT STYLE IS THE WORSHIP SERVICE?  
Our worship team produces a unique sound designed to minister to every generation.  Pastor Gary preaches relevant, Biblical messages designed to help you grow spiritually and reach your full God-given potential.

AM I EXPECTED TO GIVE WHEN THE OFFERING IS RECEIVED?
Not at all.  The offering bag is for the convenience of the First Assembly church family.

WILL I HAVE TO WEAR A SPECIAL NAME TAG TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A GUEST? 
Absolutely not!  We want you to be comfortable in our services without fearing you may be singled out in some way. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER SERVICE? 
We ask that you take a moment to fill out the Guest Card located in the weekly bulletin.  You may bring it to the Welcome Center located in the foyer to receive a free gift.  This will give you a chance to ask any questions you may have and meet some of our staff members.
